The produce grown is used as part of The Shared Plate cooking programmes, bespoke events catering and sold at local grocers and small businesses (look out for the logo) All profits go back into the project. Growing fine food for good.

Wild Plant Paper
We love what Brian has brought to the field! His resourcefulness, creativity and snacks - he’s a true asset and a great friend. He makes insane artisan paper from a whole host of plants including the ones we don’t like too much like Japanese knotweed and plantain! Go check out his Etsy shop or book onto his latest workshops!
